Compensation: $100,000+ per year + earning potential
Certification: ASE Master Certified (or MI equivalent)

Karfix, a supportive, family-owned automotive shop in Holland, MI, is seeking an experienced ASE Certified Senior Automotive Technician. We’re recruiting in the Grand Rapids area for candidates willing to commute or relocate. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, $100K+ earning potential, and a team-focused culture where your skills are valued.

Pay & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000+ per year (based on experience and performance)

  • Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday–Friday (weekends off)

  • Paid Time Off: 10 days after 90 days, 15 days after 3 years

  • Holidays: 6 paid holidays

  • Insurance: Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Retirement: 3% IRA match

What You’ll Do

  • Perform expert diagnostics, engine repair, brake systems, transmission, and electrical maintenance on a variety of vehicles

  • Work closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent service

  • Mentor and support other technicians as needed

  • Stay up-to-date with ASE standards, training, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • ASE Master Certification (MI state equivalent accepted)

  • Experience with vehicle diagnostics, engine repair, brakes, transmission, electrical systems, and general maintenance

  • Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude

  • Strong communication skills with customers and teammates

  • Dependable, motivated, and honest — willing to learn and grow

  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
