Who We’re Looking For:

  • Professional appearance and an extremely positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills — great with customers, technicians, and teammates

  • Motivated, honest, and dependable — team-first mindset is a must

  • Ability to retain information and build relationships with both customers and technicians

  • Willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training

Pay & Benefits:

  • $100K+ potential (pay plan based on ability & experience — you’ll be compensated well if you’re the right fit)

  • 5-day work week (Monday–Friday, closed weekends)

  • 6 paid holidays

  • 10 days PTO after 90 days (15 after 3 years)

  • Health, dental & vision insurance

  • 3% IRA match

  • Service Advisors who can sell your work so you can stay productive
